Customer Contacts

This data set provides details of the volume of contacts generated by customers who contact Glasgow City Council in relation to a range of issues. These include requests, queries and complaints. The data contains categories relating to environmental and cleansing related services, and is drawn from the 'Remedy' Data resource. Data represents the cumulative volume of calls from 28 March 2019. We will shortly introduce more search and filtering functions for the data.
